How will I know if my results are "Real"?

Early in the program, we work with your financial people to determine how results will be measured directly in your financial statements. We also develop operating measurements for the key cost and revenue drivers of the business. In this way we are able to link the activity-based operating environment to your financial statements. This provides you with the levers you need to lead your organization and to drive your business performance.

Why can't we do it internally with our own managers?

Time is the biggest inherent disadvantage for managers. They have a business to run and day-to-day fires to put out (which we don’t), and often simply can’t dedicate the necessary time that is required. They often lack a proven methodology for improvement (a main reason why so many managers tend to jump onto management fads). They lack an objective perspective. Managers have political pressures and functional constraints that often lead them to sub-optimal solutions.

How do you know if there is any opportunity in my business?

We don’t know. That is why before we work for you we conduct a two week opportunity analysis to determine for you and for ourselves if we can add any value above and beyond what your organization is already doing. This provides you with the necessary information to determine whether or not it makes good business sense to continue with the proposed program.
